This form will allow you to request a demo or regular NOC license.  The demo license provides full product function but has a 30-day time limit.  After the demo period expires, NOC no longer allows backup operations of any kind.  However, you are still able to restore any data previously saved.

    * Use the SHOW LICENSE/CHARGE command on your OpenVMS system to find this information. For Alpha systems, the license type is H. For VAX systems, the license type is F.
